Now all the kids got time to settle into the new school year here how it gonna go down.

Top school teams
1. Unley - no doubt
2. Concordia
3. St. Micks - deffs a close second
4. ???? PAC, Unity, Cabra

Unley are the best, although they have lost macca, he wasn't the best player on that team, and he certainly wouldn't be now. Make a list of the top 15 players in this comp and you’ll see get 5 maybe 6 Unley boys, 3/4 cc boys, 2 from st. micks and the rest scattered among other schools. The easily have the best starting 5 out there, and some of the best in each position.

How many times do Concordia have to win to make you realise that regardless of the squad, they've probably got the best chance at winning it due to the culture they have going on over there. Oh well, regardless, they seem to perform better as an underdog side anyway. lets just see what happens come August

all out unley win there

Outsider

It is actually;

Burns, Elms and Noble for Concordia.
Vs
Daly, Thomas and Meaden

Daly is flat out the best player out of the group, followed by Meaden (both sturt youth league div 1 players)

Burns and Elms are both very good players, 16 state last year so will match up fairly well, however it will be very hard to stop both daly and meaden.

Knowing both teams very well i tip unley by 8-12 points. Both good teams but unley just have the extra talent, even though concordia is better coached.

"Burns vs. Daly and Noble vs. Thomas

your'e and idiot if you think Thomas will win over Noble

Hartman will match up with Meaden - both are good players

Reply #313828 | Report this post

Thomas is an extremly hard worker, he had a good couple of minutes in the ABL tourny just past, and is a gun 3 point shooter. Noble is a good player but he whines and moans too much

The Meaden v Hartman will be very interesting, they both matched-up last year in U18 D1. Im unsure of what Hartman is playing now, but Meaden is playing quality minutes in YL D2

But like someone stated earlier, who are Concordia going to play in big? with an athletic foward in Creeper, and Wright a 6'8(?) dominate post player, Concordia cant really match up

Who have each team got as 6th men and role players of the bench?

To the Anonymous above who thinks he knows everything about the boys in both teams, u cant know 2 much as u didnt even know Harttman was playing or what hes been doin.

I have seen your precious unley boys whining and moaning during theyre games, but perhaps u mistake whining and moaning for passion, heart.

CC have an ahtletic BIG who also plays YL Div 2, he is bigger than Creeper - so you are really not up with it as much as you think now are you?

once Unley decides to get someone who has actually had coaching experience at a high level like the other schools do and a coach who doesn't just focus on one or two players when there are 9-10 players in the team who are equally as good or important, then maybe they will have a chance at making it to the finals.

concordia over unley no doubt. For one Daly isn't playing, Concordia have a starting 5 of Hamish Burns running the point, right along side him is Levi Elms and Jake Dyer running 2 and 3 man, whilst theres Brad Hartman in the 4 position and Hayden Kanisauskas running centre. Then to talk about the men coming off the bench, big Jordan Noble and Richard Gerswisch. Very hard team to stop, both on transition and set plays.
