WOMEN ABL Players/Coaches Moving Clubs.....we have discussed the men now its the womens turn....come on everyone out there you must know something????

Another ABL season nearly done.

This is the time of year coaches look to recruit (poach) from other clubs.Who would be high on the recruit list for coaches??

A few retirements around the league will mean a lot more minutes and opportunities at some clubs...

Many players didn't get the minutes they deserved or think they deserved..

Who has put themselves out there for a switch of teams??

What coaches are on the move or not batting up in 2011....

My mail says every team not making finals will be looking for a new coach ( except eastern) but no changes in the top 5, Sharon, Paul, Simon, Sam and Willie to stay put!

Are they wanting one of those two coaches because it's the easiest pathway or would the club be better to employ from outside the club, get some fresh ideas and perhaps shake it up a bit???

Surely if the club is deciding between Vikki and Simon it's a no brainer?

Vikki brings with her (multi) Halls Medal + WNBL playing experience plus coaching experience and is well liked and respected by the players.

what coaching experience has vicki got? she wouldnt coach reserves or U21's or help out around the club but I guess you know her better

The arrogance of people who assume and who obviously have only been around for a short time.
Scratch beneath the surface and you will see she does have coaching experience.What was your involvment in basketball back when she won her first of 4 Hall's medal in 1999.

hmm vicki or simon

well lets see someone who hasnt coached at a top age
or someone who coached under 20 national girls team
and won it, besides the fact that they were undefeated
also rumour has it simon is being looked at for lightning in the future
