i am in a division with an odd amount of byes.
hence games won / games played will work out who plays finals.
if i have played 10 games won 6 drawn 2 and lost 2.
do i have a games won % of 80 or 60.
ie do the draws count (seeing i have not lost a game)?
From the by-laws:
In competitions in which teams have an unequal number of byes, positions will be determined as above, with the exception that "Premiership points" will be replaced by “Game Ratio”, which is defined as follows:
Wins + (½ x Draws) - (½ x Forfeits)divided into
Games Played.
The By-Laws are poorly written so it is anybody's guess as to whether games played includes or does not include forfeits but if I had to guess I would say they do.

has confused me - what does that mean ? a draw is 0.5 of a win?
so if we won 6 and drew 1 lost 3 from the games it would be 65%
ie 6.5 divided by 10

a forfeit counts as a win - so thats ok - but the - 1/2 x forfeits confuses me.
a forfeit counts as a loss.
As I said it is badly worded. If you won a game on a forfeit then that is counted as a win. If you forfeited a game you need to subtract 1/2 a win from your win total. This is a disencentive to forfeit games to manipulate positions on table I guess
