NH - iPad apps

Dear all,

New iPad owner seeks recommendations from forumgoers for iPad apps, either for adults or for small children aged less than 5.

And thanks, I've already downloaded the 'the A-league season has started and exactly zero people seem to care - here is the NBL's chance to gain a bit more traction' app.

In Vic I saw a coach using his Ipad to draw up plays and have them animated during timeouts. Does anyone know of this? I guess if I used an Ipad for this I would be less prone to more vigorously placing the whiteboard down in frustration!!

For a visual spectacle, download Elements. It's pricey and takes up a lot of space but it's amazing.

there are a couple of good coaches 'whiteboard' apps for iPads...

The Crocs will be using it this year i think

Thanks all.

Just wonderin': if there was an app called 'Cool Apps' which contained links/info/demos on the apps like the ones above, I think I would download it, rather than trying to trawl through the app store itself.

Hey Bo, my daughter (almost 3) loves Talking Tom - an animated cat that copys what you say in a wierd voice. You can get a free version which is a bit of fun.
