He was only beaten by Kevin Durant, Lebron James, Carmelo Anthony. Dwyane Wade & Kobe Bryant.

Dirk comes to mind although the way you phrased the question it must be someone whoo isn't considered all that good, so they main scorer on a bad team, maybe Granger, M.Ellis or even Gilbert.

I saw it on NBA.com when you change the stat to points over 48mins
he actually would f averaged just short of the top 5 and better then everyone else
Get over it! Blazers just signed Armon Johnson. Blazers now have 15 players contracted. Unless they make a trade Mills will not be re-signed.
