ideal club size

what do you think is the ideal club size in SA?

some of the larger clubs have had trouble getting coaches and training venues and some of the smaller ones can't compete.

counting juniors a club that is around 40-50 teams seems to work ok.

how many employees ? ie 1 in admin and a coaching director?

one team per division?

I have a nasty hook, but using a oversize driver helps.

If you want to develop your own talent in juniors, you need to have at least 3 , preferably 4 teams in each age group.
In those states where 2 or more kids in each team can play 2 games a week (in the same BA association - not the ratball school , YMCA ,sacra , church or life be in it comps), either up a grade or an age group each week ( like pat mills did ), then you only need 15-to-17 kids in the same birth year to run 4 teams in each age group.

In SA you would need 17+ kids in each age group.
