U23: New season - what will it mean for coaches?

Lets assume under 23 YL gets up and running - would this been seen as a priority coaching gig?
Who are the coaches around the traps who should take on what could become key dev league ?
would it be attractive to any current ABA coaches who enjoy junior dev focus and rebuild at clubs ?
which clubs are going to benefit fromthid or will it be equal play field.

It won't be seen as a priority at all. The sorts of people who take on Div 2 men, will be the people who go after u23. The elite junior gig will continue to be u18.
