I would then assume that Tom Daly is ineligible because of age as he was clearly (IMO) SA's best player at the U20's Nats.

BTW No association with Sturt.

Both Daly and Maynard are 2nd year under 20's so my guess is they are too old.
Didn't see any of the Nationals but surely Maynard would have been clearly the best SA player considering he won the Best Player for the comp?
Congratulations to Nathan, good to see we have an SA kid in the team. Good luck.

Anon - extract from Basketball SA website

"Nathan's selection comes as a result of consistently good training performances over the last eighteen months at a number of Australian Development Camps and Emus Squad Camps. Also his solid performances at both Under 18 and Under 20 state level over the past two years have been noticed by the national selection panel".

Let's be clear about Nathan's hard work! He made the final cut (2) for the squad, from which he has made the team for this tour - at the ripe old age of 17.

Tom and Corey are certainly playing like dynamo's and their outings in the ABA last year would have certainly strengthened their development (One for Sturt). Surely they had similar opps to attend AIS since U16's?

Will Sinclair should be ashamed he is playing at this level. They guys has no moves and looks like a domestic player at best
