Has anyone got any updates or knowledge on the status of the teams??

Very even competition.

SA Metro, NSW Metro, Vic Country and Vic Metro are all in with a chance to win it. ACT might surprise some people. It's by no means a formality for anyone.

Australia's first ever Under 17 World Championship team will be selected from the players in this tournament.

The Vic Metro & Vic Country squads are playing in the Big V tournament on Labour Day weekend.

Metro won the final by 2, 51-49. The result on the web is wrong. Metro boys played well and deserved to win the final after winning the semi in convincing fashion against Hume City.

Vic Metro defeated Waverley & Melbourne in tournament. Vic Country lost to both of these teams.
Both Vic teams looked good.
