Masters Games Training in Adelaide

I'm an old fart wanting to get fit again. I need a goal like Masters Games to get the motivation to go through the pain.

There used to be training at the YMCA Walkerville on Sunday mornings.

Does anyone know where there is Masters training in Adelaide?

Thanks GM. I used to play over 35's at Mars on a Friday night years ago, are there any "oldies" comps in Adelaide these days?

Monday Nights at Wayville,have most of Masters players play there socially,go there and ask for guy of name of Rudy Van Kyker,he is the man who looks after players,organising teams,masters events such as Masters Games and Country Masters.
