new season announcements- when is the announcement on the teams coming?

Suppose to be the 16th feb but lets wait and see the what happens especally the problems if cairns.

They won't keep Cairns. All over for Taipans unfortunately.

Yes, it is not looking good for Cairns...although I have heard that both Cairns and a potential Brisbane team will be provided with more time to meet the inclusion criteria.

But on a positive note, it looks like the Sydney Kings will be resurrected for next season!

Unfortunately, I think Cairns are done even if they can come up with the money.
