Rickert unlikely for Breakers vs Hawks on Thursday

Just read an article on Stuff.co.nz (about Bear's retirement announcement) that notes an ankle sprain to Breakers forward Rick Rickert. It mentions that Ronaldson may start in Rickert's place.

Thursday's Breakers-Hawks game is big for both clubs as they both need wins towards their finals cause. The Breakers cannot win the season series against Wollongong so would need to finish ahead of them or edge out one of Townsville or Gold Coast.

How big an impact do you think this will have? Can the Hawks take advantage and make it a 4-0 sweep?

Maybe Trueman will see some time or possibly Pledger if he has cleared a run of injuries....but they will miss Rickert. A big game and no guarantees for anyone. Hawks could come close to locking in finals berth but Breakers are playing to keep a chance alive.
Have to favour breakers gaurds but Hawks on their bigs.

I think Trueman will get a fair few minutes with Rickert out of action. He has proved that he can contribute when on the court by playing solid d and knocking down the odd open J.Would be nice to see Pledger get some minutes if he's healthy also.
Hopefully Abercrombies ankle is up to scratch as NZ will need a decent game out of him and Foreman will be looking to have a big game.
I'm hoping tonights game will be the Penney Bruton Braswell show to keep the Breakers hopes alive
