Downloading YouTube videos

Hi does anyone know if you can download the videos and clips that people have put onto YOUTUBE.

I have been watching some good motivational ones and wanted to put them onto a CD for my team to watch.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Google frre you tube to Mp3 downloader, then install. DVDsoft is the program I think...
