Yvonne thanks you for the compliment, Shotclock (she's busy for the next couple of hours processing pics from today's Lightning game). I think it's a pretty good shot, too, probably our best of the game :)
Yvonne uses a variety of camera/lens combinations: Canon EOS 1Ds II, Canon ID IIn, Canon 5D, Canon 40D, with 16-35/f2.8, 50/f1.4 (Sigma), 85/f1.8, 24-70/f2.8, and 70-200/2.8 IS. She's not confined to the floor but prefers it because of the in-your-face action and the need to be close to the benches and club promotional things going on during breaks.
I usually shoot at the other end of the court, using a 7D and one of Yvonne's cameras, with either a 135/f2 or the 85/f1.8 . I've also done a lot on the concourse level, using a 300/f2.8 lens for the greater distance. We synchronise all the cameras' internal clocks before tip-off and enjoy comparing shots of the same game action from different angles.
