Forum Help - uploading images

Hey guys, sorry if this is asked a lot but was just wondering how to upload images in my posts? I'm trying to add an image to my league updates for ESPN and its set up like this forum. When I click 'add image' this appears:

[ image ]http://[ /image ]

(but without the spaces) and I have no idea what to do with it. I have the picture on the net somewhere, how do I get something I have on google images up?

Thanks

Basic html programming. If you want to use a picture with a url of ----- http://www.pisces.com/jamaltruthiscrap.jpg ----- then the text would be:

The img src function loads the picture, and surround the url with rabbits' ears.

You idiot. I wrote the text and of course, it produced a picture. Aaaargh. Take two.

The text would be:

img src="http://www.pisces.com/jamaltruthiscrap.jpg

and surround it in < (at start) and > (at end).

For more help re HTML, visit this site. Really easy to follow as a simple tutorial.
