Brett's Singlet gets retired
For those who have been living in a cave with Osama and Elvis, the Sixers plan to reture Brett Maher's singlet.
Good move IMO.

yeah great move, also like the new court decal better than the last one.

Good that it is happening, but so soon? I would have thought they give it a year to sink in first then retire it.

Nah, do it straight away.
Considering the rilvary between the Sixers & Titans when Maher was at it's peak, his jersey should be retired when the Titans next play in Adelaide. Oh wait...
Maybe it should then be whenever Brian Goorjian's team is in town next. Oh wait...
Either way, it will be great to add Maher's jersey to the wall with the other Sixer greats. Oh wait...

it would be nice if they actually had the retired singlets up on display.

When the SOS first took over the team the previously retired singlets were no where to be found, one can only wonder where they are, but there has been talk of getting them replaced but at the moment they have more pressing things to deal with.
