I know the Apollo Room at the Dome can be hired for functions but have no idea about the cost or what the deal is now with new catering there

Apollo Restaurant can certainly be hired but most importantly, there's a difference between "in NBL season" and "out of season". The restaurant itself is quite reasonably priced but if the Ukraine weightlighting and rollerblading team decide to hire the stadium a week beforehand, you could get bumped.
