Continues to be a close match at end of second.
Michael Florence continuing to put the hustle plays together and also some nice offensive moves. Bungey all over the boards and battling hard in the post.
Truck for south has ben showing some nice moves in the post on both ends an using his size well. Matt davies still leading the team on both ends though. Paul smith has made some nice plays on offense. Thomas mckenzie has been making a bit more of an impact bu looks a little confused at times on offense.

This quater has seen a much better defensive effort from both teams but southern have pulled out a bit now after some nice steals.
Southern seem to have lost Josh wood but the import has finally stepped up with a few good offensive plays and pressuring the ball handlers on defense. Bungey continues to be a force in offense but losing his cool a little bit. Tristian braithwaite has began to find his touch which could be trouble for south in the fourth.
South have been less efficient in offense and defense in end of quater left a little to be desired. Steve Williams showed why he shouldn't be in the ABL with stupid shots and fouls. Thomas mckenzie has been all over the place this quater but playing better than in the first. Truck continues to use his size well but needs to shut down bungey if south want the win

Ricey ur a clown.....

2 minutes left and south have had a big 3 from matt davies at start followed by Thomas knocking a huge one to lift the team and now kosi knocking another to put them in the lead. Leadership group has pulled it together here and are making much better decisions.
Southern have missed alot of big and easy shots which have hurt them. Defense has been ok but not as good as in the third. Import needs to continue going to the basket. Bungey has also fouled out giving them a much smaller 5 on the court

Final run down for last few plays. Kosi drives throws. Shot up and kisses with truck getting the board and putting it in to go up by one. Import for southern goes to basket and laying it up over 5 hands to go up by 1. Then south drove the ball up the court only to call a timeout just before southern fouled causing a small talk by JB and the ref. South inbounded the ball throwing up a prair but it didnt fall. Southern winning 102-101. Bungey fouling out hurt southern alot but the team came together to pull the win.

Matt davies gets my 3 points as he was the most consistent player in the game and probably made the biggest impact.
2 points to bungey for his assault on the boards and probably was the biggest impact for most of the game for southern
Florence gets the last point for consistant play during the game and all the hustle he had

Thomas could have put south in the lead if he had made his open 3 like the previous shots he made that where contested otherwise a nice game
the import for southern could have been more effective if he had passed more than shoot bricks and airballs

good game in the end and alot of passion from both sides

All the votes should go to Michael Florance, the kid is a 3 man playing inside and he did a job on truck and Pilkington in the second half.
