Could Darius Rice suit an NBL team?

Singapore signee befire they pulled out of the nbl , dropped 52 coming of the bench.

would have love to see him in the nbl

He is a really streaky player it seems. I reckon he would do good in our league. 6'10 guy that can hit 3's. I remember seeing him in college scoring about 50 as well. I dunno what the rest of his game is like tho
