Perfect Push-up Program - anyone got it?

Hey, i was just wondering if anyone had the perfect push-up program as i seem to have misplaced mine.

1. Fall over face first
2. Using arms, elevate body off ground
3. Still using arms, lower body closer to ground
4. Repeat steps 2 & 3
