Does anyone know what teams are in.

Just wondering does any one know what teams have put in a submission for the league if there is one.

So here is the list of the teams I think that will put in a submisson

Adeailde (SOUNDS LIKE THERE IN)
Townasville
Cairns
Perth
Nz Breakers
Gold Coast
Wollongong

That makes seven is that enough to play
Maybe two capital city teams.

Enough for the league to ahead then build on for next year.

We'll find out tomorrow when Larry fronts the media.

I'd put $$$s on a semi-pro league for 09/10.

But what is the statement going to read due to unforseen reasons the new nbl season will not be going ahead.

It's been said around the place that Perth and Townsville would reserve their decisions until the call by Melbourne. Going solely on that, it suggests they're out.

Final submissions by 5pm today; announcement tomorrow.

I was reading an article on the adeailde now newspaper website staying that the nbl is going to go ahead until 2010, but he aslo mentioned the likely hood of an Interim comp involving NBL,SEABL and QABL clubs for the summer league.

What is everyone thoughts on this.

So next season say it is a SEABL type league. The existing 7 teams + Brisbane Spartans- 8 teams or 10 teams by also entering Frankston or Geelong and the AIS.
