Breakers see the bigger picture

Interesting article on stuff.co.nz about the Breakers pressing ahead with their plans for the upcoming season (if it still goes ahead) and interesting to note they disagree that plans are not moving forward as stated by two clubs last week- I guess there are two sides to every story- perhaps those particular Melb clubs's wants are a bit unreasonable and thus contributing to their dissatisfaction?
Time will tell.

Lol LaBoy- I'm not sure where they'd get leftover money from at the moment for a paid statement!

Gaze also thinks there will be a season starting in Oct. Not a full blown, high budget one. But important to have one.. on news adelaide now .

I heard Gaze was none too impressed with the comments McPeake had made about BA in recent days.
Thanks for the update Camel31

Thereafter Dragons will find it hard to get back in the league - Gaze also said.

So gaze wants a total reform, yet he says that having a rushed "reformed" league playing in October is essential. What a total joke. No wonder Cowan and Germander didnt want anything to do with the New League. Clubs will be losing so much money and with the likely hood of Perth also wanting out. Which I believe will be the next to follow, it will be a laughing stock

NO team in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne. And uncertainty over Adelaide and Perth.

The League needs to be re-launched in June Next year. And the Dragons must be included, because if not, those fans have been through to much. They will be lost FOREVER!!

Yes- This summer is on. There's some strong association teams in the wings ( SEABL - QLD)

I believe that the Breakers will also honour existing contracts whether the league goes ahead or not.
