Im thinking of putting up a basketbaal court in the back yard and want an idea on the different options and costs involved.

Usually it's about $50-$70 per m2 to get it done.

About a half court in concrete with a sealed surface will cost anywhere from $6,000 to $9,000;

I used ta have a half court concreted in my old house in the backyard when I was growing up - where I honed my skills and practiced some great dunks. Used ta invite my friends & any good comps over so they could get a beating !!

If you want to do it on the cheap but still get a good result, spread cement powder all over you surface, then dampen in with a hose, then use a roller to smooth it over. Works just as well for very little expense. All you really need is 4-5 bags of cement plus hire for a roller if you dont already have one.
