Are the Hawks in the New NBL?

Just wondering are the Hawks going to be in the new league cause i hearing different things.
I think they should be as they have meet all the requirements

Providing the Hawks have submitted a complying bid to the NBL guidelines, then there is no reason as to why they should not be accepted.

Sounds like they have the financial guarantee that is the sticking point

i hope for the league makes sure that the hawks have done more than just find some rich dude with a spare mill!
