Yesterday Dwyane Wade became only the fifth different player to reach 2,000 points, 500 assists, and 150 steals in a single season. For those who haven't read ESPN yet can you guess the other four players?

Off the top of my head I'm almost positive Jordan did it twice, maybe 3 times.
I would assume LeBron would have done it.

I would think LeBron would have done it.
Magic would be my other guess.
I think Iverson did it a couple of years ago didn't he?
That's my 4 guesses.

Jordan, Bird, Iverson, LBJ... Others i thought would be close Magic and Jason Kidd, they only fell 500 points shy...

Neither KJ or Isiah ever scored 2000 points. Big O certainly did and had the assists but AFAIK steals weren't recorded when he was playing.
Also MJ is the only one (in 88-89) to have over 600 assists (650) and 200 (234) steals to go with his points (2633). Wade will most likely get to 600 assists this season but he would need about 3.5 steals per game from here on in to get to 200 steals. Another random stat that MJ seems destined to always hold by himself.

Fitz, 2000 points over 82 games needs 24+ PPG which isn't really Kidd's thing.
Did Pippen ever get close? I figure he racked up some steals and assists.

Pippen? I don't think he ever averaged more than 22 points in a single season. I'm sure he would have got the 500 assists and 150 steals a few times though.

Pip never scored more than 1720 in a season. Did the other stats at least 3 times though..averaged 2.9 steals 2 seasons straight as well!

Okay, now what if we replaced the steals with blocks? Anyone done that?

Phizzer, the Big O couldn't be one of the four because they didn't record steals or blocks as a stat when he played, other than his final season. Otherwise, I would agree with you.

CP3 must have the assists and steals part in the bag....2000 is a lot of points though...

Payton came close
in 99 had 153 steals, 732 assist and 1982 points
