Yeah, I reckon. It looks weird because it looks like he's about to take a final dribble but kinda fakes that and then takes three steps.

Well i just think its funny that that wasn't called for a travel, yet lebron james' now infamous crab dribble was, yet it is the same play

I guess consistency is too much to ask for!
