KG & The General (Smyth) Radio Show

I have heard that KG and Phil will go head to head with 5AA and Cornsey and Rowie.

Looks like they will have an internet radio show to start with and then it is meant to be on one of the AM radio stations from May.

Does anyone know anything else about this?

I take it this is why Phil hasn't been heard much on AA lately.

Yes that is right. Wasn't sure that it was head to head but if so i would more likely listen to that than 5AA. It will go on the radio around the time you stated. Phil was sacked by 5aa the day after he announced he was doing the project.

For what it's worth KG has just actually gone to town on Hodge on the Saturday sport show on 5AA.

Not sure how this will affect his relationship with Phil.

KG may be accused of many things, but disloyalty will never be on eof them

so if The General got sacked from 5aa due to this new show, does that mean we won't be hearing KG call the footy this year on 5aa? Would rather KG than Rowie.

KG was signed to do sat morning, and call the footy.

Fiveaa were aware the KG would be looking for a
mon-fri spot.. as well as doing the 5aa stuff.

Would be great, having a bit of variety, like KG - Smyth, and Cornsey - Rowe.
