Is Julius Hodge the best import in the NBL?

NBL.com.au are asking in their weekly poll.
Is Adelaide's Julius Hodge the best import in the NBL currently?

Well isn't that a no brainer?
Shouldn't it be best import ever?

C'mon sixers...

Until Hodge wins some titles and stays around in this league more, he's far away from being the best import ever.

Loggins is the great import of all-time.

If he sticks around long enough he has the talent to be remembered as the best!
Due to more long term commitment with the team/league i would put guys like Davis, Brooks, Mee and Rose ahead, but Hodge has the talent to surpass all of them if he sticks around a few seasons and wins a title or 2

You all seem to forget one import

Ricky "Amazing" Grace!

He would be up there for one of the greatest NBL imports

Whether he sticks around and wins championships is irrelevant. The question is whether he is the best import. It takes more than 1 player to win a championship, and a 6th man can run up 300 games in the NBL. Doesn't make him the best import ever.

If the import is good enough they aren't gonna stay in the NBL long, there are better options out there for them. In this situation, Hodge went back to have another crack at the NBA. Let's see some stat comparisons

I would have brooks ahead of hodge at this early stage, he was a showman who hit huge shots all the time, mee is probably ahead (in his prime), both played nba and really enjoyed the league. Obviously loggins, mardberry, rose in his prime.

When Hodge gets a shot and a title it will be hard not to move him up there however but so early on id say he is the 4th or 5th best ever. (still love him badly)

Stats can be bullshit, any talk about Hodge being the best ever is not even worth commenting on.
