I Would like Bevo to get it.
What he's done so far this season with the spirit and the limited talent on that roster compared to the rest of the league is very impressive, I don't think you can go past him and I think he is the best we can probably afford.

i think it should be a person that isnt coaching at this stage. gives them more time to scout players and will give court time to people who deserve it unlike the last few years.

No way should Voldemort apply! We need a coach that is active and gets the best out of his team.
Him being the coach of the American team would suit him perfectly where he could sit there and do nothing and get all the praise for the success they have.

With the demise of the Sydney Spirit dot he odds of Bevo as Boomers coach shorten considerably with him being able to make it a full-time role?
I note on the BA website that Goorj has flagged his intention to apply again (which is contrary to my earlier information immediately post-Beijing).

If we are serious about a medal next olympics then I think it must be an overseas coach, i agree with people looking at european coaches that would bring a more physical game and different plays, we have tried everything within our own pool, Brian did pathetic yet held the job for forever.
