Anxious wait re Rychart, Maher fitness

It's old news if you read The Advertiser each morning, but for the benefit of those that don't:

Boti Nagy has reported this morning that Brett Maher and Dusty Rychart are not guaranteed to play on Wednesday against the Tigers. Maher has problems with his hamstring and Rychart missed the Kings game because of knee tendinitis which may stop him from being passed as fit for the game in two days.

Here's hoping they can recover in time for both vital games this week.

Does Dusty's injury likmit his earning capacity...tendanitis is not something that goes away but gets worse with age...if he is suffering enough now to miss games then by his late 20's how effective will he be?

Hopefully both will be ready to go Wednesday and then back up for the Gong

Definately hope both are ready to go on wednesday. If either Dusty or Maher dont play, i think it will be extremely tough for us to come away from the game with a win.

Has there ever been a game we play that Nagy hasn't written up that some one is hurt? We must be physically the sorriest team in the league. If we lose its because someone is hurt or the refs allowed the other team to hurt us. Maybe for next year's team we should look for guys who are a little more physical and not so sweet and tender!
