I think Dragons will be a top 3 team IMO. I think they look like the best team other than the Melbourne Tigers.

My thoughts on the finish
Tigers (easily 1st)
Wildcats(easily 2nd)
Dragons (easily 3rd)
Breakers (easily 4th)
Taipans/Hawks/36ers/Crocs (tight 5 and 6 th position)
-------------------
Blaze/Sprit (not a chance)

hmm dont know y you lot have wildcats second they still dont convince me it should be like this
1. Tigers
2.Dragons
3.36ers
4.Wildcats
5.Breakers
then the rest are off the pace hawks though probably have the edge, with sydney and gold coast most likely being crap

looking at all the happenings in off season it poses some great questions leading into the season making predictions very tough !
top 6
1.Tigers (if they can gel together )
2.Wildcats (not sure if David, see above, has been follwing the off season happenings as they have a much stronger list that went within a game of the "BIG SHOW" last year )
3.Breakers ( CJ and Penny to shoot the lights out across the tasman)
4/5 Dragons ( big pickups and solid core to work from)
4/5 Carins ( DT massive pick up to team with the Cat and Abney)
6.Sixers (Like the wildcats have made massive upgrades)
Perth
Tigers
Dragons
Those are the best teams by far and in no particular order.
Perth. there starting lineup is as good as anyones. hinson is one of the best 5 point guards in the league. redhage is a top 3 player in this league and rogers and loughton are top 5 player at there respective positions.
Hinsoin
Crawford
Redhage
Loughton
Rogers
Look at perth's 2nd unit
Brad Robbins
Adam Caporn
Stephen Weigh
Ben Knight
issiah Victor
That a ok starting lineup.
Melbourne. the best starting lineup in the league. if they could get a upgrade over crosswell they would be a dynasty.
Barlow
Ere
Sammy mac
Grrizard
Anstey
Bench is very good to
Crosswell
Hoare
Corlleto
Aden
Johonson
There bench is not good as perth's but very good nontheless.
Dragons. by bringing in gorji, you know the influx of australian talent was a given
Starters
dardell
Cortez
Ingles
Worthington
Horvath
Thats a one hell of alot of talent there.
Bench
Gibson
Carter
Vukona
Herbert
Burston
on depth perth is the best. on fire power the tigers are the best and i expect the dragons to be the best defensive team there.

I should have said in my above post that breakers, 6ers or cairns all could easily slip into one of those spots if injury strikes for the top three teams

I do agree with Dragons above Tigers Journo. However, I'm not convinced that Cairns will be that good. My picks are as follows, I'm just not sure about the ordering of the middle group:
Dragons
Tigers
Wildcats
---
36ers
Breakers
Crocs
Taipans
---
Hawks
Blaze
Spirit
I think the Crocs could improve on last year - Hinder is a good addition for them, and having two settled imports will help. 36ers have undergone a lot of change. Breakers are good on paper, but it's hard to make guesses based on their pre-season (and the road trips hurt them). Same with the 36ers in that they only had the one pre-season win. Hard to know which teams have showed much in the pre-season and which were just experimenting.
