Plyos, recovery nutrition, jumping and landing
SMA-SA run an annual conference. They are pretty fullon but quite interesting to hear some of the most recognised Sports Medicine Professionals in the state and abroad speak on sports science / medicine topics.
This years sessions have been made available for accredited coaches to attend.
The sessions also include hands on workshops on Plyometrics, Jumping and Landing techniques for injury prevention, Visual COachingPro Software and more.
