a question about slingers players

my understanding that any player that plays overseas and comes back / to the NBL from a pro league is cast as a 10 point player.

Does this mean Ninj and Ben Knight would be considered 10 point players under the current rules?

I know a player from Europe is only a 9 point player. So certainly wouldnt be a 10.

I doubt they will be 10 pt players because by the time they come back there wont be a NBL
