Team USA played against Canada this morning and totally dismantled the maple leafs.
Redd his 6/8 from downtown for 20 in total. They played a small team on court and dominated in a game of highlights.
Melo also scored 20. CP3 and Williams dominated.

Could have included the score which was 120-65. Poor effort by Dave Thomas I think he needed to step up more! :P I'm sure Canada would have been without Nash so it wasn't really a good indication of team USA's strength but still they did what they had to do.

Surely you knew the result would be lopsided and were only planning on watching the game for the entertainment and not to see who wins!

About Nash - i have heard that the Canada coach Leo Rautins has a pretty big anti-fan club (much like our national coaches but much bigger), and he has rubbed players up the wrong way - don't know if these rumors are true - but if so Nash would have better things to do than waste his knees and body playing with the National Team (especially in a pointless friendly)...

canada looked very basic and didnt seem to have a great deal inside. id expect that we perform better against USA then they did... but by how much? i dont know.

Canada doesn't have Samuel Dalembert either, supposedly because their coaching staff don't feel like he's putting in enough effort, so they asked him to leave the team. I think if Canada had Dalembert and Nash, they could be a pretty decent squad, probably just as good as Australia.

dont think that Nash and Dalembert would make that much of a difference... USA by 35 instead of 55... Still a fair flogging by anyones standard!!!!

What about the arrogant American commentator about his comments towards English "He is what 1/100th of the skill of Kobe Bryant" lol stupid arrogant biased commentator. He should remember that USA aren't number 1 in the world and should have respect for other players. Greece didn't have one NBA player in there team and still beat USA, so not sure why his bragging about them like they are gods or something.

Yeah yeah...should have posted under a different title - I don't have pay TV so didn't realise it was being shown.
But still, should the result have been a surprise?
PS: Nash has apparently retired from international ball.
