Nets trade Jefferson to Bucks for Yi and Simmons

Bucks have offloaded Yi and Simmons to the Nets for Richard Jefferson!

Good trade. Yi wasn't nearly as good as advertised and Simmons was only ever a flash in the pan.

That gives the bucks a decent SF and an alternate scorer as opposed to Michael "ball hog" Redd.

Here's hoping they can get a decent PF now.

Draft word is that if Kevin Love is still available at pick 8 then he is going to be selected by the Bucks...Big IF I know...but it would be a good complimentary signing for the bucks.

Sweet deal, Jeff is a top guy, a player you would want on your team. Prototypical SF and super "3rd best" type player on any team.

Good trade for the Bucks. They give up a less-than-proven Yi whose handlers were pressuring the club for minutes, and gain a 20 PPG scorer.

This trade is huge considering the Bucks didn't have to give up on their 'top 3' in Redd, Mo or Bogut. They also keep their 1st round pick and off-load the albatross in Simmons. If they can move Gadz they will be sweet

They could use Redd, Mo, CV to upgrade the PG and PF position.

Hammond made his 1st year salary in this trade alone... The Snake, Larry Harris could never make a trade like this.

Hammond... the steal... Milwaukee's heating up!

Great news for Bogut, as the team has already taken one big step in the right direction under Hammond.

I have a feeling the Bucks haven't finished making moves though. Gadz and CV or Mo for a decent point?

Or will they grab DJ Augustin? Love is gone and I can't see them being interested in Alexander now that they have Jefferson.

Looks like the Raps and Pacers have agreed to terms - based on a medical.

Sources told ESPN The Magazine's Ric Bucher that the Pacers and the Raptors have agreed to a deal that, pending review of medical information, would send Jermaine O'Neal to Toronto in exchange for T.J. Ford, Rasho Nesterovic and the No. 17 pick in Thursday's NBA draft.

If the bucks make some small scale deals for some depth on the bench or a true PF, they will have a sweet team:

1 Mo Williams

2 Redd

3 Jefferson

4 (Alexander) Not a true 4 but could be good for small ball

5 Bogut
