Vinny Del Negro, the former 80s point guard. With he and Terry Porter both landing off-season jobs, it looks like the era of the 80s point guard coach is well and truly upon us.

Ahhhh Vinny Del Negro - the hunter-gatherer's Ginobilli...

Actually a nice player on those early 90's Spurs teams - that always seemed to just come up short in the playoffs... The guy also rocked an awesome Soccer/Football-Euro-Mullet (from his days playing in the Italy L.) as well... Gonna be fun to see how he does...

Care to explain? Has he been hired as an assistant at the Bulls? I thought Doug Collins got the job?

Lockstock!

The Doug Collins announcement came pre-mature and this weekend just past has confirmed Collins doesn't have the job.

Bulls back to the drawing board and now it looks like Del Negro will receive the job.
