Women - Junior U18/21 Div 1 to seniors

There appears to be limited opportunity for girls to advance beyond U18/21 Division 1 to ABA/Reserve squads as existing teams are stacked. How many girls have made the transition this year.

Have you actually even seen a reserves game? About half (minimum) of the reserve players for the ABA clubs (not Flinders) would be U21s.

Southern have 8 players in their ABA squad that are either playing U18/21.

Not only that they won Summer with these girls and are currently 4th in ABA.

Not bad numbers I would have thought.
