Some surprise ommissions and inclusions in both girls teams which means they either got it very right or very wrong but generally the same results expected as in past years.

Norwood coaches, Norwood captains, Norwood plays, all in Norwood colours. Overdue to produce medal results because they can't keep blaming the kids for underperforming.

16's have 5 first years which tells a story that perhaps they are building for 2009 after taking all 2nd years last year and finishing a below par 5th.

It would be great if the two power clubs of Sturt and Forestville were more involved in metro state with their proven district success but Forestville provide the SA country coaches and Gliddon snr seems reluctant to advance Ben Gliddon who knows how to win.

Hopefully Gliddon and Lucas will get roles with more impact next year as the entire state process needs stimulus.

Country seemed to have 2 very good kids sitting on the side lines.

Lucus must be found a spot next year if he wants it.

187585: Whats this about Norwood Coaches, Norwood Captains, Norwood players. I cant see more than 2 players in a team. The coaches, under 18 G has been doing it consitently and has always done aswell as most could have hoped with the players avaliable.

the U16 G coach was the assistant coach for numerous years and has been promoted for this year, congrats Troy.
Any coach who nominates would be checked, and the best are chosen out of those who put their names forward.

As for captains, how can you say who will get what as they haven't been anounced yet. The most suited player for each age group will get the captaincy, whether that be Norwood, Forestville, Sturt or any other.
