Peter Hoban had an amzing game for the eagles. 35 points and sh*t loads of rebound (don't know how many ). Very impressive. Good to see Scottie Ninnis at the eagles south game aswell.

Jacob Templeton had his best game of the season from centrals

19 points
17 rebounds
4 assists
4 steals
2 blocks

from a guy who doesn't get much love, thats a pretty impressive game.

Richard Hill and Paul Bauer were out at Sturt vs North too.

I hope the Bowley girls had a good excuse when they left part way through the mens game and missed seeing their brother (21 points, 10 rebounds) take home the wine as Sturt's MVP against North! He could've hit 30 but for a few missed layups.

Nick Hambour got the award for North after posting 18, 12 and 8.

Great game from Jordan Dodman too - 9/10 FG and 5/6 FT.

Any other notable performances from around the league?

How did Jacob not get a look in for the state team when he is capable of putting up those kinds of numbers and is so dominant in the 20's comp?

For state team selection you need to have caught one of the coaching staff in bed with a goat.. be related... or just plain lucky!

Raw basketball talent not required!

Isaac,

Jordan was a threat but the problem was he got himself into some foul trouble which I thought took some of the momentum away from Sturt - needs to play a little smarter IMO
