Try to find the episode where they go out and Mark refuses to take a pill. The group end up back at his place where he admits to pretending to pop it and delivers a classic monologue about the importance of 'systems'.

Another episode description snatched from Wikipedia is funny (so is the actual episode):

Mark and Jeremy spend a weekend on a canal boat for Mark's stag do, where Mark meets a businessman with contacts in India. He attempts to secure a job there as a means of escaping his impending wedding but the plan falls apart when it emerges that Jez accidentally killed, and subsequently ate, the businessman's daughters' beloved dog.

I reckon my favourite episode is season 1, episode 2, where Mark's trying to ask out Sophie and leaves a cartoon drawing of a swastika in a love heart on her desk. The subsequent answering machine message is gold as is the moment he tells her he likes her "I like you, and if you can't handle it , well, you can....f*** off"

Series 5 comes out shortly apparently, very much looking forward to that.

Back to the inital question though, if you've got a decent sized ball of blue tac it's always fun to see how far you can stretch it before it breaks, then when it does it's interesting to feel the texture of the stretched bit in the middle, it's surprisingly soft, this can be repeated for about 20 minutes before it loses its appeal.

You can also make the blue tac into a cube and use a pen to turn it into a dice. If it's big enough for 5 die you can play yahtzee, if not you can set yourself tasks to do based on what you roll a la the Dice Man. Eg - if this roll is a 4 I will ask out the secretary.

Try sculpting the blue tac into animals and get your colleagues to guess what you've made (start with a snake to get the ball rolling, it's an easy one).

I'm sure you've already left for the day but perhaps you can keep these ideas in mind for next time.

Thanks Billo...if only you were here before i ate the blue tac.

I have now invested in a larger ball of blue tac and will be making use of your suggestions.

I ended up doing some work....what a waste of an afternoon.
