Who is the best assistant coach in the NBL?

Are there any coaches from the SEABL, Big, QABL, ABL etc who would make a great assistant coach for a NBL team?

What qualities are required for someone to be a good assistant coach in the NBL?

You have to be mates with the head coach to get the job in the first place.

i'd rate Wayne Larkins at Bendigo as a decent NBL capable coach

Don't neccesarily agree with the mates comment. The more professional clubs ask people to apply, or are asked by the head coach or others to apply.
