Look, I can appreciate that often where there is smoke, there is fire, but if you have to complain publically, there's a better way to do it than call someone "useless" and "unemployable" and contrast someone to a monkey (think about the monkeys!).
e.g., "I'm not convinced that the current PositionName has enough experience for the job."
That might be a little bland and PC, but it gets the point across, it's less antagonistic and it's also likely to present fewer legal issues for the author and the publisher.
Again, FWIW as I can only speak for myself, at the Lightning, I've dealt with Boyd, Woosnam, and Graetz this past season and have had no issues with any of them - they've been good to work with. Mike Daws had his share of critics as well but I always found him proactive, passionate, etc - used to badger me senseless trying to get me out to the games!
Basketball jobs would have to be tough. Bring in a pro with little basketball experience and they can lack the knowledge or passion. Bring in someone who knows the sport and they might not have as much experience. Combine those things with what I'd guess to be average/low wages and you're probably looking at a limited talent pool?
