6,500 with the curtains closed. More with them open.

I'm guessing 7,600 (revised guess) 9,400.

I've been to the Kingdome, it huge and it's a horseshoe shape (and very purple!)

Crowd: 8,300 (lots of melbourne fans will fly up there).

Tigers by 6, 96-90

(this game should be good for the Kings, they could really do with a massive crowd)

The 3rd game in Sydney had a crowd of 6009. You would think that this one being the definite decider would have to attract many more. I would say a full house whatever that number may be. Sydney will win it by 4.

Be great to see a packed Kingdome tonight.

Going to be a very intense game. Will the crowd give it to Lampley after his antics in game 3 or will he and the Tigers have the last laugh and send DMac out in style.

Would like to see the Tigers get up in a close that goes to OT.

They're currently about 2,500 off a complete sell out (anything above 9,500 will 'look' like a sell out at a glance). I think that's about what they'll get too - not technically a sell out, but it will look/feel like one. Few hundred short in reality.

If Isaac's not man enough to put a proposed scoreline in, I'm not man enough to stick to my original crowd estimate of 5724. ;)

Revision: 9117.

BTW: any guesses as to who's US Vogue's new coverboy?

(He's only the third man to ever appear on the cover)

Yeah, it'll definitely be higher than the 7585 I tipped too. High 9000's I'd suggest.

Hope it's a good game. Still think Sydney will get it.

If you've tipped a crowd of less than 9500, you're already wrong.

Great news for the NBL. Gives the blanket doubters something to think about.

Crowd - Full House (what ever that is)
Score - Tigers 107 Kings 101

Boy Gorg pops a vein in his scalp while pacing the side line.

Worthington and Anstey will get picked on by the refs and will have a crying comp at half time.

1 hour 52 minutes ago.

Tonight's title-deciding fifth game of the National Basketball League Grand Final series between the Sydney Kings and Melbourne Tigers appears headed for a rare sellout at the Sydney Entertainment Centre.

The NBL reports that over 8,000 tickets have already been sold, despite only going on sale yesterday morning after the Kings fought back to level the series at 2-all.

It is already guaranteed to be the largest at an NBL this season, with the previous largest being the 7,402 people who attended a South Dragons home game at Vodafone Arena in Round 13.

The Kings' biggest attendance at a grand final home game in recent years was the 9,609 people who saw the Kings clinch the title against cross-town rivals the West Sydney Razorbacks in Game 5 of the 2004 championship series.
T
he biggest crowd ever recorded at a Sydney Kings game at Sydney Entertainment Centre was 10,610 against the Adelaide 36ers in September 1996.

It won't break the record - the Kings don't put anywhere near as many seats on the floor as they used to/less corporate boxes as well. I think realisticaly 9,500-10,000 max. Probably something right in the middle of that range.

Yep - few scattered individual seats still available around the arena + about 15-20 left in the very back row behind the ring. That should make it very close to, if not above, 10,000.

Spinner - Had a little think about it, and considered it will be more defensive orientated so hence the lower score. The tigs and kings both know each others plays n stuff so it will be a lower scoring game, unless it goes to OT.
