Did anyone catch the highlights or check out the ESPN highlights of today's Mavs Vs Jazz game.
Dirk gave Ak-47 a pretty nice flagrant foul in the 1st quarter.
AK47 head faked Dirk who jumped, but as he was coming down grabbed the shoulder and slammed AK47 down.
I personally think Dirk will receive a 2-3 game suspension for the foul.
What are other people's thoughts?
My thoughts are that you've never played ball before if you think that's deserved of 2-3 games.
Tough foul, certainly intentional, but really - not much in it.

Dampier hardly moves, while Dirk goes down like an absolute tool, and the music just adds that special something to the video haha

The NBA has gone soft with hard fouls when you compared it to the ones the Knicks of the 90's dished out.
This is suspension worthy nowdays in the NBA.
I have played b-ball before and I'd dish and cop this foul and play on. It's the type of hard foul I'd dish out.
You must remember the NBA has gone soft on hard fouls now.

Dirk should be suspended for 2-3 games but he wont because everyone loves him over there

I prefer slapping and slamming the shoulders hard. Chopping at the elbow between forearm and upperarm is also good.

how about the time mo petterson got ejected for his hard foul, where he jumps up for the block, and hits the other bloke down hard, instead of an flagrant he got thrown out the stadium... so many soft people in basketball these days, what happened to no blood no foul???
