i hate Perth so much with a passion being a 6ers fan.
so they say the wildcats have won more championships than any other team my ass the 6ers won 4 as well band wagon fox sports.
our playoff format is Bullshit.
Suggestion
1) v 8)
2) v 7)
3) v 6)
4) v 5)

winner of 1) v 8) v winner of 4) v 5)
winner of 2) v 7) v winner of 3) v 6)

all series best of 3
(would like to see best of 5 format but would know its never going to happen)

semis best of 5 a well as the finals
at least the team with the most heart and determination would get the job done.

Did anyone notice the time out (I think 3rd or 4th quarters) when Gleeson sat in front of the team, looked blankly for a time, then got a notebook from his top pocket, looked at it up and down for a some more time before speaking to the team.
I thought I was watching an NFL coach calling in the plays. I don't think Trevor Gleeson had any more idea than the old American comedian Jackie Gleeson.

the playoff format has nothing to with why i hate perth so much.
36ers v wilcats are biggest rivals in the NBL or longest standing which enough for me wanting to see them lose.
IMO, Perth are a dirty team throw cheap shots at players, Elbows etc.
the main offenders being Rededge and Rogers.
on the other hand its whatever gets the job done they have the best defence in the league.
i think the semis vs the kings will be a physical match up expect some push and shove.
just wanted to point out that fox sports said perth have won more championships then any other team which they havnt by winning 4 like adelaide.
with the tigers and kings right behind them with 3 championships a piece.
