north 18 div 2 teams

having watched both teams play from north it appears that they have run with 2nd years in the Red side and 1st yrs in the white team.

Looking from the outside in 1 would have thought the 3 girls from the 16.1 team would automatically go into the Red side making them very strong.

Having watched the red side win 1 game from 9,they appear to have problems with either wrong girls or message from the coach is old and they aren't listening.

Are the losses huge - does it really matter who is in the red side and who is in the white side, are the white side winning? I am quite disturbed by your post as you appear to be wanting to cause trouble within your club. Your subject matter is not a matter for forum discussion, yet a discussion to be had with your childs coach, or whoever else handles player/parent greivance within your club. As the above poster said "take a chill pill dude"

generally things at north aren't what they were in the girls from several years ago.

pity - but the depth isn't there.

probably a bit cyclic.

norwood have taken the northern mantle as the no.1 girls team.

with so many state , sasi and now valk having a very powerful political position.

Norwood have a morgage on being the creme of the crop for the next 5 years in Northern junior girls b'ball.

some clubs call their teams 1 and 2 when they have 2 teams in one grade - perception being 1 is better.
others go with colours which is politically safer (keeping the peace) but the best team always wins on the day.

good on the underdog if they are winning!

if there are selection issues - look outside of the box - I could tell you some pretty interesting selection criteria at times

you can post here - it is a public forum - to vent - but don't expect too much except stories
