ABA new uniforms for all teams - And1

Just wondering if any teams were looking at new strip colours this season?. I heard And1 were giving new uniforms to all teams. All teams will have the same pattern, but all colours will be as per the clubs. possible that teams will have home / away strips.

I only raise the point because there are a few teams using white as their base - west, south. centrals, norwood have blue and red as there base, north also using red.

If this is true maybe this could be an idea?

Have a white strip for everyteam, so that when the all-star game comes next season, it can be whites vs colours?

But the the uniforms have to be the same for both women and mens competition.

It sounds like a great idea, only the money factor is the defining issue, if AND1 are gonna put up the funds, then it will be good.

But then again what about the clubs deals with other manufacturers at present? what will they think?

What do u mean 'anonymous' what are the southern tigers going to wear obliously what every other team will have. if you mean colour then the main strip will probably be black.

Having spoken to Panther on this issue, he mentioned that the SEABL were offered AND 1 Gear last season, but that the quality wasn't very high and Mt Gambier stayed with what they had.
On colours, South have White over other clubs, that is why they changed from Blue a few years ago, because they had to wear alternate tops against Norwood & Forestville(?)

south being the second oldest club could have either white or blue, others clashing clubs would then be the ones to change, except forrestville. that is if they bring in alternate strips, which i think would be a good idea.

joe think you will already find it in the rules who wears alternate strips and it has nothing to do with being the oldest club
