Have We Forgot About Ogilvy and Others?

Just though everyone should know, there is another person who should have his name in lights as much as Pat Mills in my eyes. I too am excited about Mills, I mean he's unreal and the future is looking bright. I just think people have forgoten the other people who are out there. Andrew Ogilvy has been putting up huge numbers and has given his team a national ranking. Also we have Aron Baynes doing well at WSU who are ranked 6th. Just though people would like to know and most people do. I think the future is looking fantastic for Australia. Fingers Crossed.

Pretty sure Baynes is lost to the Aust team (as far as i know he has thrown his hat into the All Blacks camp) so really couldn't give a monkeys nut sack about him... Good luck to him tho...

But be assured that we all know how well most of the Aussies are doing (ex-Millsy)... Just that Pat has really exceeded all expectations (lets be honest here) that we had of him before he went the the Gaels...

i think had mills not hit 37 all the talk would have been about aj. He's actuallly performing more consistently than patty.

I'd also say AJ is more of an NBA prospect then mills,

I always look for Ogilvy's Vandy stats on the ESPN ticker. I think he double doubled against Wake the other night and shot a pretty high percentage

Ogilvy has been talked about as a first round draft pick. I've seen him projected as high as 15 in the first round very early on in the season, but has dropped significantly since then. He's still ranked a top 20 freshman.

Ogilvy is currently averaging 18 points and 6 rebounds a game as a freshman.

Pretty sure Baynes has crossed the trench as well.

Aaron Bruce is also doing okay at the moment, but has probably fallen of the radar. 11 ppg, 2 rpb, 2 apg and 1 spg and hitting the 3 at .455.

Luke Nevill is also doing well, 14.5ppg, 8rpb, 1apg and 1.6bpg. His last game was a 20+/10+ game.

5th Jan is the game which could be huge for Mills. St Mary's is taking on the Texas Longhorns (Durants old team) and they have a very good point guard in DJ Augustin (29 points and 10 dimes in last game) and currently ranked 5. They also recently beat UCLA who had the number 1 ranking at the time.
