Wouldn't it seem a bit strange if Willie returned? We only just got rid of him last season. Surely they had reasons for disposing of him at the end of last season so why would those reasons (whatever they may be) not apply any more?

it would be a silly move at best, disastrous at worst. Even last season, he wasn't as effective offensively as he had been, and defensively well, all I can say is lucky Farley had Horvath to cover up the lack of defense he played. The trouble is, when Farley DID play defense it was that sporadic, hustle in your face kind of D that excites the crowd, so to the layman it probably did look like he was doing his job defensively.

I think he meant that Horvath's D was so bad, it "covered" for Willie's D by making it look OK.
