Its a schools tournament... who cares... really...? suits being in Geelong.
Really: I guess you don't really understand anything about basketball at all to make such an absurd statement. While its not on everyones agenda as a must see, I think you'll find some pretty good talent has played over the years and a fair amount of talent will no doubt be playing this year at championship level. Thats why BA sanctions the tournament.

it is a full on tourney - I thought - "it's only school ball" till i went and wow!
it is full on stuff - especially championship divs - former wnbl / nbl coaches / overseas teams. full bench personell - emus and gems players etc etc
plenty of media - wnbl game in programme one night.
the higher divs are div 1 standard for sure -
lower divs ie div 5 are about local div 3 standard

I was in Pedare's senior State championship winning team last year, the comp over there has an awesome atmosphere. Stats taken its exactly like the nationals for district like hand outs with stats and game run downs of the past day.
The 10 ten in each different statistical category and then full player and team stats available at half an full time of each championship division game.
Dont bag the competition until your team makes it...an if you weren't gd enough during your time get over it.
Lake Ginnindara will win Champ Boys because they've got all the AIS scholarship kids like Jordan Page playing for them. Would be hard to stop a team thats made up of kids who are playing SEABL .
